I went to Kia of Puyallup when buying a vehicle and when I was there I was greeted by Marc Urbano. He was down to earth and personable. I was quite satisfied with his knowledge and help. He knew exactly what I wanted. There was no time wasted, Marc made the process to be efficient and quick. We can only say that this is the best car buying experience we have ever had. And after buying 7 cars in the past 12 years this says a lot. From the time we walked on the lot there was no pressure, while being told someone was available to answer any questions. A car dealership is a car dealership, this review is for the service department. A nice waiting area with refreshments (coffee and tea complimentary, snacks and cold drinks in vending machines), free car wash and vacuum for vehicles purchased through their dealership, and decent prices for oil changes. The play area is currently closed because of covid, but typically they have toys in a party room for smaller kids.

I came into Kia today with my heart set on a vehicle. Safe to say, Chris Raico, Justin, & Andrew took complete care of me. I am blown away by the service here! My deal was quick and we got exactly where I wanted to be. (Chris was also recommended to me by both of our former coworker in the industry.)
