We know that piece of mind goes a long way, so we are also taking steps to minimize the amount of person-to-person contact and vehicle touchpoints when it comes to service appointments.  We know that keeping your vehicle running when things are uncertain is vital, so our service and parts departments are open and ready to keep your vehicle maintained. 

This is what you can expect with our minimal contact service appointments.

  • Drop your vehicle in the night drop area.
  • Fill out the night drop envelope, lock your vehicle put keys in the envelope and drop it the night drop box.
  • One of our Service Consultant will call and confirm your request.
  • The work will be performed and you will be notified upon completion.
  • Your Consultant will go over repairs in detail over the phone.
  • You may pay for your service by phone.
  • Determine your pick up time during business hours, give us a call when you arrive and one of our Consultants will meet you in the drop area and deliver your keys and invoice.
