How often do I need to get my oil changed?
For a standard engines, we recommend every 7,500 miles or 6 months (whichever comes first), for Turbo engines, the recommendation is 5,000 or 3 every months.  Always consult your owner’s manual

Do I need an appointment for a car wash?

You may stop in to have your vehicle washed during service hours.  Plan on longer wait times when we have nice weather!

 

Do you sell tires?
Yes, we sell tires that meet or exceed your Kia’s performance needs and at very competitive prices!  Our service advisors can help you with the right tires for your Kia and installation is done by Kia-trained technicians.
How often should I rotate my tires?
When you service your Kia with us, we check your tires with every oil change, and rotate as needed.
How do I know when my tires need to be replaced?

Visit our tire center for complete information: If your tires are measuring 3/32” or less it is definitely time for new tires!

 

What do I do if my check engine light comes on?
Don’t panic, there are multiple reasons your check engine light can illuminate.  If it comes on and stays on, this typically indicates there’s an issue but it’s not an immediate emergency.  Schedule an appointment and we can diagnose the issue.  If the light flashes, this can indicate a more sever issue and you need call roadside assistance 1-800-333-4 KIA (4542)(4542), AAA and get to your nearest Kia dealership immediately.
What if I break down and my vehicle is still covered by the factory warranty?

The first thing you should do is call roadside assistance 1-800-333-4 Kia (4542), to verify your coverage.  You must provide your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). This hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
